Simple, to-the-point call to actions can simply tell readers to share the post with their friends. Another effective call to action could say to tag a friend - tagging is easy on social media, and the more tags in comments, the more buzz around your post.

Clear calls to action will remind readers to share when they otherwise may not think to do so. Include a CTA to boost social shares on posts, and don’t be shy about asking followers to share.

If you’re going to ask followers to share your post, it has to be easily shareable. Make sure that your privacy settings are such that anyone can share your post, comment, or tag others. Your posts should be public if you want them to be shared. You can also make easy sharing buttons within your post, in case they are not already prevalent on the platform that you’re posting to.
