The smartphone market has brought tremendously different and new yet totally attractive features that we are sure we all loved

2018 was a year of phones, we’ve seen some of the best phones with the latest known technology. The smartphone market has brought tremendously different and new yet totally attractive features that we are sure we all loved. From the shrinking of bezels
to dual rear cameras to better glass designing and to a much more increased CPU power, we have seen drastic changes in this smartphone industry.

The question that arises here is that “Will 2019 top it?”

Looking at the expected phones that we already see in line to be released or launched, we are quite positive that 2019 will be a total game changer in the case of smartphones. Next year we'll get 5G phones, the first true folding screen model from one
of the big names, still more CPU power. And, with any luck, even more, progress in phone cameras.

Here are some of the best smartphones in 2019:

Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+

Apple iPhone Pro or XI

Sony Xperia XZ4

Honor View 20

Google Pixel 3 Lite & Pixel 3 Lite XL

LG folding phone

Samsung Galaxy F

Xiaomi Mi 9

Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10+

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/Samsung-Galaxy-S10 and-S10+.jpg" alt="Samsung Galaxy S10" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

The Samsung Galaxy S10 and S10 Plus are rumored to be released in early 2019, almost around February end or maybe in March 2019. The latest set releases predict that this new smartphone is going to have an in-display fingerprint scanner and most probably
it is also being updated to have 5 cameras; three back cameras and two front selfie cameras. as one of the most ongoing trends of 2019 is going to be the 5G internet service, we think that this handset would be compatible with the 5G system.

Apple iPhone Pro or XI

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/Apple-iPhone-XI-or-XI-max.jpg" alt="Apple iPhone XI or XI max" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

Apple iPhone has no reliable news and, we are not even sure what they are planning to name their new smartphone this year. But what we have in our hands is the fact that this phone is not going to be a 5G handset, we don't even expect great changes in
their design but improvement in the technology would truly be appreciated.

Sony Xperia XZ4

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/Sony-Xperia-XZ4.jpg" alt="Sony Xperia XZ4" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

This Japanese smartphone manufacturing company is still a struggling company when it comes to the top list of smartphones, hence we are hoping to see great improvements that will pace their way up the list. The Xperia XZ4 is expected to come in March
2019. The OLED feature introduced last year was very much appreciated, so Sony might use that features again this year with no notch this time. Sony will likely move to the Snapdragon 855 to give it the latest powerful hardware, but also move to a
triple camera system.

Honor View 20

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/honor-view-20.jpg" alt="Honor View 20" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

This phone is already announced in China. View 20 will have no notch instead offers a "hole punch" selfie camera. This mid-range but the technologically advanced handset is thought to set trends in the smartphone manufacturing world.

Google Pixel 3 Lite & Pixel 3 Lite XL

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/Google-Pixel-3-Lite-&-Pixel-3-Lite-XL.jpg" alt="Google Pixel 3 Lite & Pixel 3 Lite XL" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

Google has done a wonderful job in the last year, and this year it is thought that Google is going for the release of the Lite version of Pixel 3. It might have the Qualcomm Snapdragon 670 or 710 platform at its heart, but pure Android Pie and a more
    affordable price.

LG folding phone

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/LG-folding-phone.jpg" alt="LG folding phone" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

The last year didn't go really well for LG, but we are still expecting some new things to improve their market value. Foldable phones are going to trend really fast in 2019, paired with the latest technology, the LG folding phone might be a really big
    hit.

Samsung Galaxy F

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/Samsung-Galaxy-F.jpg" alt="Samsung Galaxy F" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

Talking about the trend of foldable phones, Samsung would not remain behind from any new trend that is appreciated by its customers. Talking about Samsungs foldable phone, we are not really sure what Samsung is planning on naming it but there
are rumors that the phone with the Infinity Flex display might be launched at MWC 2019. There are also rumors that it will cost about $2000/£1400. Wow.

Xiaomi Mi 9

    <amp-img layout="responsive" width="800" height="500" src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/article/xiaomi-mi9.jpg" alt="Xiaomi Mi 9" class="img-fluid fr-fic fr-dii"></amp-img>

This year Xiaomi provided us with some really amazing designs and technology, we hope that it further improves its level in 2019. We expect a large screen, in-screen fingerprint scanner and, most important for many buyers, a lower price than those of
Samsung and Apple, for a comparable phone.

These are some of the best smartphones that we are impatiently waiting for in 2019, let's hope that we are not disappointed.

Disclaimer: Images are owned with their respective owners

Have you heard about the new Samsung Galaxy? Find out what information was leaked just a week ago. We've compiled plenty of detail

In the past few weeks, there have been multiple leaks about the new Samsung smartphone. Some of these leaks have been towards the phone itself, while others are showing off the new packaging. A majority of these listings have come from the Samsung Company, which is located in South Korea. Leaks are not uncommon in this day and age, but because everyone is eager to hear more about the new phone release, there's been a push for more information.

Samsung Galaxy Won’t Charge

This is what many people say, but some design flaws will be repaired. The confusion has lead to numerous conclusions based on what the design is, what specifications come with it, and when the release date will be. However, many of us have to understand that this leak was not warranted. It was an accidental leak that had gone up online on the South Korean website, Samsung. The company accidentally uploaded the wrong photo, stirring controversy as to the specs of the new Samsung A90 5G smartphone.

This leak has sparked many controversies, and many competitors wanted a glimpse to see if their projects are doing any better. To help alleviate some of the leaks, Samsung has taken it upon themselves to research accurate information to stop possible misinformation and rumors. To combat this, they've decided to announce some of their specs officially but also discredit any rumors made my false information or competitors.

Leaked Information

The Samsung Galaxy A90 5G box includes listings of the phone's specifications and other small information, such as the Samsung Galaxy buds. This helps compare it to their rival with the other Samsung Smartphones on the market. Samsung’s official website had initially been listed all of the specs on the site, before noticing their mistake and taking it down.

On top of the box leak, there has also been a leak for the phone itself, allowing us to know the look, design, and color, and even some features. This includes the ability to play your favorite mobile casino apps like on this website, social media apps, an amazing camera, and much more. This includes the notorious Samsung Galaxy fold. Due to a lack of damage control, Samsung itself has since then confirmed these leaks and has tried to take a corporate stand on marketing their product.

A significant leak that has been going around is the design of the Samsung Galaxy A90 5Gs handset. Unlike other smartphones in this day and age, the following headset features key specs of 6.7 inches with full HD Tremendour Amoled Infinity-U Show, as well as a 48- megapixel camera, However, the 40 Megapixel camera includes a 5-megapixel and an 8-megapixel triple rear camera on the back. The 32 megapixels are located on the front of the camera.

As for storage, the Samsung Galaxy a90 5G includes 6GB of RAM, without the use of additional storage devices. Other than that, it includes 128 GB of built-in storage. On top of those features, the device includes a powerful octa-core processor that ensures the device’s battery will be fast charging. It’s nearly comparable to the Snapdragon 855, which already has been tested as the fastest existing charger.

Additionally, there was also another leak that had leaked a promo slide on the Samsung official website. This page has been taken down, and not many pictures are floating around due to that. The Promo image announced the upcoming model number of SM-A908N and confirmed the name. Further, then that, it also includes a screen which consists of the front, bacn, three cameras on the backside. This is a considerable downgrade from their Samsung Galaxy A80, which leads us to believe that photo lovers should skip this smartphone.

	<amp-img src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/blog/485186-samsung-5g.jpg" height="500" width="800" alt="Design of the Samsung Galaxy" layout="responsive">
	</amp-img>

Samsung Galaxy A90 5G VS Others

Now, there were two main drops this past week, and one was for the Samsung Galaxy A90 5G, but another listing did pop up. The A90 tends to be a fast-charging device which 25W charging speeds. However, their A91 was leaked at the same time but boasted that it had close to double the charging speeds of 45W. So, the new releases from Samsung will be highly dependent upon individualized needs rather than promoting their new cell.

Conclusion

In recap, compared to other smartphone designs, the Samsung A90 does have a huge capacity and comes with all the features you'd want in a handheld device. However, some of the features are thereof lacking, which could cause you to be a bit frustrated if you were expecting otherwise. Please take the time to wait for Samsung's Official announcements before making any plans to pre-order or purchase.

With their extensive line of upcoming Samsung smartphones, it’s best to not jump to conclusions even though the new information is exciting. From a business standpoint, these could be some of their non-finished products, which leaves a lot to the imagination. That

<amp-img src="https://kenkarlo.com/assets/images/blog/176742-connect-cast.jpg" width="800" height="500" layout="responsive"></amp-img>

Once connected, (image below) will show on your PC's screen.

And eventually, it will start mirroring your android screen on your PC.

Closing words, this trick will not work on all smartphone devices since not all phones has a cast feature> I guess only on Marshmallow and above android versions only, and this will only work on a Windows 10 PC or laptop. Though there are so many options on how you can cast your android screen to your PC if simply watching movies, pictures and do some presentation this trick is a great help for you.

Mobile phones and tablets have become such an integral part of our lives that we might as well start looking at them as an extension of ourselves. Just for illustration, recent research indicates that these days the number of mobile phone owners sits at around 5.13 billion people which is roughly 66.5% of the total world population.

All these people usually first check their phones as early as 7:31 AM, check their favorite social media app before they get out of bed, look at their phones more than 1,500 times a week and use the devices for three hours and sixteen minutes a day. Approximately 40% of users admit they feel lost without their daily driver.

Honestly, it's really hard to find any other piece of tech that managed to leave such a strong imprint on human society in general. But how this came to be, and what future holds for smartphones?

Let us try to find out.

The origin of smartphone

Even though this may sound silly at this point, but only a couple of decades ago the idea of being able to make calls anyplace, anytime was still considered very novel. So, even though the first devices packed a price tag of a couple of thousands of bucks, the arrival of the first commercially available mobile phone Motorola DynaTAC 8000X back in 1983 ushered a new era in communication. As time went on, phones became smaller, cheaper, and widely accessible in any corner of the world.

However, the ability to make calls, as useful as it is, can't possibly produce the level of the social relevance of the mobile phone these days.

So, we should really point the origin of this trend back to 1992 when IBM released what is now seen as the first smartphone called Simon which offered Calendar, Address Book, Electronic notepad, and similar 'smart features.' From that point on, Nokia and its native Symbian OS did a lot of heavy lifting to expand the list of such features and bring them closer to the wider masses and pushing the smartphone idea into the mainstream.

The era of connected devices

That brings us to the 2000s when smartphones weren't such a staple as today, but they were hardly a novelty. So, how did we come to the point where you can easily buy Apple iPhones at digiDirect or some other online store? Well, using smartphones in the sandbox environment is fun and useful, but not nearly as much as when these devices are connected to the web.

Therefore, we can easily mark 2001 –the year when 3G technology was brought into existence as the third and arguably the most important milestone in this journey. Just for a reminder, 3G was the first type of network that allowed seamless (at least according to those standards) internet experience and decent multimedia consumption. Once this infrastructure was laid down, the ball really started rolling.

In 2008 Apple released its first iPhone and completely revolutionized and streamlined the smartphone experience. Google's own Android OS went to great lengths to make that experience more customizable and affordable to an average user. In the meantime, in 2005, the world saw the launch of YouTube, the first globally accessible and globally relevant streaming service which forever changed how we consume entertainment and use phones in one swift stroke.

The rest is history.

The current state of affairs

In the years since the phone screens become bigger, their processing power increased and the list of features expanded at an exponential rate. So, productivity definitely had a huge part in the smartphones' road to the status they have today. But it really looks like the entertainment options, games, apps, and streaming capabilities were the factor that really made these devices so indispensable. This status was cemented with the arrival of popular and incredibly addictive social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and, as of late, TikTok.

What status, then, do smartphones have in today's society? The best way to describe them would be as internet devices. These days, the average person only makes 1 to 5 calls per day. SMS as a form of communication is gradually dying out giving a way to web-based communicators like WhatsApp and Viber. The majority of the time we spend on the phone is using the internet. As a result, these devices are now form-fitted to make this communication as streamlined and fun as possible.

A peek into the future

So, what future holds for these devices? At the moment, we see that connectivity and screencast options gradually helping smartphones outgrow their physical limitations and become genuine home productivity and entertainment hubs making PCs, laptops, and similar devices obsolete. By 2030, we can expect to see even these limits surpassed. By that point, it is widely expected that mobile devices will become capable of displaying holographic 3D images above the screen.

The rise of smart glasses will also put a much heavier focus on Augmented Reality and once again render the smartphone screen size a secondary issue. And who knows, at some these devices may lose their physical form altogether being reduced to simple transplants that will stream their content across secondary devices. These implants may even be used to physically store a portion of our own memory.

At which point then we will still be able to call these evolved units smartphones? Well, they will always be capable of making calls so there's that.
